Welcome Fairfax Family Practice Centers!

Today, Privia Medical Group announced our new, and much anticipated  partnership with Fairfax Family Practice Centers (FFPC).

Over 133 providers from FFPC have partnered with Privia, including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and family medicine residents. This is a monumental move for both Fairfax Family Practice Centers and Privia Medical Group in their efforts to provide high quality healthcare to patients across Virginia.

FFPC has been in Northern Virginia since 1971, serving over a half a million patients through its 13 offices across the area. FFPC is a renown healthcare organization, whose core values are centered in “integrity, trust, compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence.” The high quality care FFPC has successfully demonstrated with their patient-centered medical home (PCMH) approach to patient care was even commended by the Chicago Tribune. These patient-centered medical home efforts  are rooted in the goal of maintaining the Triple Aim of lowering the cost of healthcare while improving the patient health and care given by physicians, making FFPC an ideal partner to align with the Privia Medical Group mission.

This announcement also comes shortly after Privia’s ACO, Privia Quality Network, was recognized for its success in shared savings, being named in the top 15% of all ACO’s in the country.
